Hire a worker on the tower
Points come from floors your crew takes while your worker is on shift: buyers score when the price rises, sellers when it falls. Bigger roles score more per floor: foreman ×1.25, rigger and crane operator ×2, excavator ×3.5. Every minute on shift adds points too, and milestone floors give a bonus. All coins adds up your points from every coin.
Cockade on your helmet for the whole next season: gold, silver and bronze for the top 3, blue for the top 10, green for the top 100 (on a coin or on All coins).
Work 10 shifts in a season and it stays in your profile as a Season crew trophy. The week's #1 is foreman of the week and wears a glowing name.
Your workers earn XP every minute on shift, plus a bonus for every floor their crew takes. XP never resets: it builds your rank, and the same points count for the season rating.
Every floor is one price step, live from Binance. When the coin goes up, the tower grows. When it drops, floors come down.
